Yes!! Please reach out to me for recommendations on local lenders. It’s very important to have a lender that is on top of it, so you don’t experience any delays with closing.
Do you do virtual showings for out of town clients?
Yes! I am experienced with assisting clients who are out of town and unable to see homes in person. I will do thorough video walk throughs or FaceTime, so you can see every detail before moving forward with the home.
